Mike Roy, Lead Pastor
Mike became a Christian at age 16 when he heard and responded to the message of Jesus at a church where he was invited by friends. A little later, he responded to God's calling to be a pastor. He and Lynda have been married since 1992. They have three children. He has degrees in Bible and Theology from Southwest Baptist University, Southern Baptist Seminary, and Midwestern Baptist Seminary where he earned a Ph.D. He has pastored 4 other churches over the course of 25+ years in ministry.
Michael Norman, Associate Pastor
The love of Jesus overwhelmed Michael with gratitude when he was a young child, and since then his desire to glorify God with his life has only grown. He and his wife Amanda were married in 1996. They welcomed a daughter into the world in 2002, and then had twin boys in 2006. Michael served as a bivocational minister in Liberty and Butler, MO, before joining Pathway. He has also served as a public school teacher since 1999.
